The movement felt really jerky for me, and after a bit of experiemntation with settings it appears that "mouse sensitivity" is not the scale on which your mouse input is interpreted, like most games, but rather how far your mouse has to be moved before it will be registered as a command to pull as hard as possible in that direction for half a second.
